TJ Homes - Luxury Studio Suite with Garden View - Next to tube station London

I can’t really fault the guesthouse, however, some of the other guest has no regards for fellow people. In room 1 on my stay, both nights, all night parties/gatherings, people in and out all hours of the night and morning. I’d I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was just getting some rest in another room at a party, which spoilt the quiet time I needed. I did send an email. I’m not sure if it was received or the guest in question just didn’t take no one else into consideration. It’s hard to say if I would stay against. I think it would be beneficial to have someone to close contact, instead of emails, which could take how long to reply

Good location.

The weather was hot and there was no way air flow. A fan would have been nice. Bed - old wire mattress. Breakfast was packaged pastries on the counter. Shared bath which I didn't see when I booked.

Perfect location everything i needed. Plus a well stovked fridge bonus

Not suitable for a couple. It has a small double bed that is right up against the wall. There is one seat in the bedroom and one bar stool in the kitchen. There is no table to sit and eat food apart from one outdoors.

Location & price

Impersonable. Had phone put down on me, when chasing entry email, which was confirmed verbally would be sent. Entry email not received. Waited at property for 20 minutes. They state it was sent at 15h09(after my call)my emails were working as received test email. Text message received after 16h00. Refunded requested.

Location worked for me, the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and idea for what i needed.

Breakfast was a few pastries in the fridge that did not look appealing nor did they have any dates on them so i was not keen to try them. I wanted to book in before 3 which i had requested but come the day it was a no. Parking was a bit hit and miss as local houses do not all have driveways.

Lot of space in the Studio; Large kitchen and bathroom; Courtyard; Large bathroom in Studio; Large bathroom in the 1st floor (shared for 2 rooms); Calm and clean surroundings with 10 min walk to metro station;

Room #2 - so small, no space around the bed; Smell in Studio from the sinkhole; In the Studio the shower waste didn't drain at all - dirty water stayed in the shower - disgusting; bed not big enough for 2 persons (in Studio); WiFi didn´t work at all TV didn´t work at all
