Tolle Aussicht mit großem Fenster aufs Meer. Direkter Zugang zum Schwimmen im Nebenarm. Komfortabel, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Manager sehr freundlich. Frühstück wird vors Zimmer gestellt inkl. jeden Tag Wasser. Das Frühstück ist abgepackt inklusive einem Croissant ohne Frischware, aber immer mit hartgekochtem Ei. Zu Fuß 20 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen tollen Supermarkt (heißt Carrefour, wenn es natürlich auch nicht der franzosische Carrefour ist), bei dem man alles bekommt, falls man sein Frühstück etwas auffrischen will. Es ist das beste Haus in der Straße, die ansonsten wenig bewohnt ist. Aber mit netter Security am Straßeneingang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es in der Umgebung einige Bauruinen gibt.

Die kleine Villa in der Lagune ist ein Träumchen mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Wenn man an die Bootsanlagestelle und Strand etwas 200m weiter läuft, bekommt man eher einen traurigen Anblick, weil der Strandabschnitt vermüllt ist. Es werden wohl Hotelanlagen gebaut.

The owner of the villa where I was staying is half italian and so we talked in italian language. He Is very kind. I chose this place because I was needing some peaceful days and this has been the perfect location to relax and enjoy the sun. I booked for one night and then I prolonged my stay. From 7 in the morning till noon, in this period (end of february) the sun Is entering the room and I was sunbathing without going out, while admiring the wonderful landscape of villas on the water and the sea. The beach is anyway at 50 meters from the villa 4D where I was staying. At walking distance, going out of the private road of the villas and turning left, after 200 meters we meet the wonderful architecture of 5 star hotels that look like palaces of kings. There we can admire fountains, flowers and nice hallways, go for a promenade or eat in a restaurant. Shops of any kind along the road are there. There is even a Carrefour a little further. The room and the bathroom where wery clean; the furniture new. The bathroom is outside the room because it is shared but as no other customer was in that building in this season, It was all for me and I enjoyed the perfect silence. The rooms are large and complete with everything one could need (refrigerator, table with chairs, cupboard with key, a kettle, cups...) and tea and coffee bags, as well as dishes and forks and spoons are always available in a corner of the corridor. In that corner one can find one's breakfast and take it to one's room. On the breakfast tray one can find: a bottle of water, two boiled eggs, yogurt, two fruits, jam, cheese and a croissant. This place is very close to the airport and Is perfect when one lands in Hurgada and his only wish is to take rest and be far away from a stressful life

The cushions. They are too tall but I took some cloth, covered It and put my head on that. I slept wery well.

Privacy and 2 min walk to the sea.

Breakfast could contain some meat.

The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was helpful.

- The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. - There was a loud, intermittent noise throughout the night that kept us from sleeping. - The curtains are not blackout curtains at all; the room is flooded with daylight in the morning even if they're closed. - The breakfast was really disappointing.
