We booked a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, but although we understand that issues can happen, the AC wasn’t working and was never fixed. We had to move on our own initiative to a lower-quality room with separate beds and a shared bathroom. The next morning, the promised breakfast was nowhere to be found (it was supposed to be in the fridge from 7 a.m., as we had agreed the day before). No one on staff spoke English, and the manager was still sleeping and never showed up to offer any kind of solution. We decided to leave earlier than planned due to the complete lack of professionalism. Although we were promised a refund for the two unused nights, we have only received one night out of three. Definitely not recommended.

The owner was very kind and helpful and the place was very clean and close to the city center
