"Nonexistent stay as we left immediately!"

Apartment was not like the photos, some attempt has been made but it was really not as expected.

We checked in and 5 mins later checked out and went to a hotel. The apartment stank of mould, had stained carpet stairs upon entry, mould walls in nearly every spaces, black mould in the shower in the corner. Walls cracked and bulging in some areas from water damage. I tried communicating with the owners and each message was not acknowledged. I will be asking for a refund! What infuriated me the most is that they responded two days later to say we hope your stay was great and don't forget to check out!! Not once recognising my first email to say we just checked out on arrival.
