Excellent location and very comfortable.

Steps up to the apartment are steep but okay.

The owner, Vincenzo, was in touch all the time, met us to hand over the keys, provided information on places to visit and cultural attractions. It is worth noting that the location of the apartment is ideal, it is a few minutes to the sea, it is the old part of the city, there are many souvenir shops and just shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony (right from the bed) - right to the old castle - is unforgettable. An Italian man occasionally sings on the guitar under the balcony, which adds a special vibe. Very tasty restaurant on the ground floor, which opens early and doesn't seem to close for lunch (most places close). The coffee shop on the ground floor, desserts and ice cream, for which there is a constant queue, speak for themselves. There is no unnecessary noise and these establishments are not open at night, so you don't have to worry about comfort and peace.

There were capsules for the coffee machine, but only for 2 days out of 3. There were 4 of us and 8 capsules for 3 days. But usually, apartments do not have coffee machines, so this cannot be called a disadvantage. :)

Location was very good, property was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom

There was no hot water in the property, but our host provided us with a replacement which also had good location and was very spacious. The host was very kind and provided a solution to our problem immediately.

The apartments are very comfortable, cozy and clean. There are all of you need and more. The good heating in winter, two bathroom, new towels and bed linen.

Great location, brand new, spacious, neat appartment, all amenities and more you might need.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely fantastic – everything was within walking distance and just a few minutes from the door. The amenities were just right, and the space was quite large. The rooms have balconies where you can watch the lively Italian streets. Staying here was very comfortable, and we highly recommend it. The staff was also great, and they resolved any issues immediately. Really fast service.

Maybe more shelves for storing clothes.

The localization was perfect, close to everywhere by walking. The apartment was clean, spacious and with very comfortable beds, kitchen is equipped, all is new. It was very nice stay there.

There was a noise from the renovation of next door building, and some loud music from the ice cream shop downstairs.

We stayed in this apartment for the one night we were in Bari. The location is brilliant – right by the old town. It’s above an extremely popular ice-cream shop (which you should definitely try)! Very clean and the apartment was as expected, definitely would recommend.
