"Spacious, but needs repairs"

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen has a huge island.

The apartment is in desperate need of some repairs. The blinds on the windows are torn, a baseboard was loose. Apparently it is highly booked (according to the taxi drivers), so there should be no reason not to keep the appearance up, especially the window coverings...
