Loved how creative the management is at misleading guests! The “amazing” in the name must be referring to the amazing number of pests in the apartment – ants, bedbugs, and even mice. Also very impressed by their innovative blackout solution: covering all windows with black plastic bags and scaffolding – perfect if you enjoy living in a dark cave. It’s rare to find a place where you can experience construction noise, no internet, no light, no hygiene, and complete silence from management all at once. Truly unforgettable!

Everything about this place was a nightmare. The apartment was filthy beyond belief – thick cobwebs, mold on the walls, crumbling plaster, and a strong musty smell everywhere. There were ants crawling in the kitchen, bedbugs in the bedroom (I was bitten), and even rodents scratching in the walls and leaving droppings. The bathroom smelled awful, with visible dirt and mold everywhere – stepping in there felt like entering a biohazard zone. Towels were left s crumpled on the bed – maybe this was their creative attempt at making a “towel swan”? The windows were completely blocked with scaffolding and black plastic bags, turning the apartment into a dark, suffocating box full of dust and construction noise. The advertised internet didn’t work, making it impossible to work as planned. The kitchen was so dirty it was unusable, forcing me to eat out every day. To make things worse, the property management completely ignored all my messages. There was no help, no apology, no response at all. This was a truly traumatizing experience, and it’s shocking that this property is still listed on the site.
