Hotel Le Grand - Walk-in from RK Ashram Metro Station

Very good evening of the day with my friends that was my entertainment

The staff tries to be nice, but when the facilities, the infrastructure, and the cleanness disappoint you that doesn’t count.

How can a hotel like this be listed as a four-star property? I can’t believe the lack of control there is over the properties allowed to advertise on this platform. Breakfast was included in the price, but when you arrive, they tell you that there was a fire in a hotel in Delhi in which many people died, so they are not using the kitchen as a precaution to avoid setting the hotel on fire. 😆 The room was dirty everywhere. There was dust on the floor and on the sheets, as well as bugs and cockroaches. The kettle still had food leftovers inside. The furniture was old, damaged, and falling apart. I have attached photos as evidence.

It was a nice experience. The staff was cooperative and friendly and provided all the amenities needed for the stay . Close to metro that make it super easy to travel .
