Hotel Le Grand - Walk-in from RK Ashram Metro Station

The.rooms are not at all clean. Not only rooms but the kitchen, steps, overall its not clean. Everywhere dusty dusty. Waste of money.

Easy to find

Dirty rooms, booked for a triple executive room and got another room. Too much noise as windows not closing. Too much dust in the room. Stains on the walls. Expected to wash your bum and pat dry as no tissue provided. Duvet torn and dirty linen. I have photos if needed.

The manager refused to give room. He said we have already informed Booking.com. When we made him talk to booking.com guy, he told him we don’t have room and we can’t accommodate. We had to find another property and had to carry our baggage along. It was our business trip. This refusal of room and spoiled our 3 hours to find new hotel. Pathetic experience with hotel management. Very disappointing experience with Booking.com Will not use again for sure.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended for food lovers!

Wi-Fi was slow in the evening, but otherwise, everything was good.

The view from the room was nice, but curtains needed cleaning.

The hotel is fair for a short stay, though not very luxurious.

Neat rooms, hygienic bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

Had to wait 15 minutes for check-in, could be faster.

Central location made sightseeing very easy.

Lobby is nice, but hallways could be brighter.
