Immaculate 1 BR 1 BTH Pullout Couch Art DECO Inspired

3/2025 Rental Not Ready. Told It had to be cleaned from last Renters. Check in was 3pm. We were given a late check in. Still cleaning when arrived at late check in. Not let in by cleaning lady. Left in hallway. CHILDREN very loudly running screaming banging heard thru walls and ceilings every day inside building. All appliances and electronics were difficult to use. Shower window had no cover. Shower hard to use. Have to step in to turn on faucet Cold water on you as you attempt to turn water on for shower. No tub. Very noisy street with trolleys and traffic all day and night. Noisy Restaurant Patrons outside bedroom window. Fridge Not Cooling at all. NO HEAT. Couldn’t adjust it. A Repair man came. Didn’t let in. Owner didn’t let us know he was coming .

Spacious property in a pleasant neighborhood. Abundant parking. Very walkable and convenient to public transportation. I actually left my car parked and got around on the trolley. Solid restaurants (various cuisines) nearby. Host was very responsive, even doordashed me a new iron when I discovered the steamer in the apartment wasn't working.

Sound from the street could be heard plainly in the apartment all night long. Full volume of cars/buses driving by, conversations on the street, etc. Refrigerator also knocks loudly at intervals. At first I thought it was construction/hammering.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Location was perfect!

Hot water in shower took some time.

The apartment was lovely, large, and in a gorgeous neighborhood that felt very safe. The trolley up and down Baltimore Avenue was cute, and it was easy to get around. I also liked how hands-on the property manager was with my mother, who booked the apartment for me. They were also kind enough to let me in early, so I could nap after a long day of travel.

I had some problems with the security system, but that's on me, not on the property and I dealt with it and always got inside. I know the apartment was clean, because it smelled like cleaning products, which I didn't like so much, as I am sensitive to that kind of thing.

Location was very good - close to family

All good.
