Toilet very small and bath high up I have a bad knee and struggled to get in there was also suppose to be toiletries in there but was only hand wash and not any cupboards to store any food in that we took

Lovely chalet with good amenities provided. Hosts were quick to respond to issues reported with the water and also left free cake as an apology which was a lovely touch! Clean and well maintained. In the centre of Hemsby so very close to the arcades, shops, pubs, beach and more.

Hot water issues even after visit from host (but only noticed on last night so didn't get chance to report further issues). Not all amenities listed were provided and had to ask for them (but then later provided). Not really dislikes, just minor niggles.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Heaters were provided but it was very cold at night. Toilet door didn’t shut and there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

place was not very clean, shower did not work, loud neighbours that partied all day and night (though not the host's fault)

we had breakfast at a local cafe which was ok.

an option for wi-fi would have been nice.

The furniture is new however the chalet needs a good clean and update. Close to the beach about 15 mins walk.

Looks like the accommodation wasn’t cleaned or it’s just that dirty. We have a small baby and definitely we expected it to be clean, however the floors were very dirty especially all the corners. The waste bin stunk. Also, the bath was very dirty, I believe that’s why there are no pictures of the Bath in advertising. The accommodation is definitely not suitable with little children as there are everywhere two taps in sinks and bath so you can’t really give a wash to a baby with warm water and the hose for electric shower was too short to reach the standing baby in a bath. Bath was too dirty to fill it up. There also was a mould on the sealing in one of the rooms.
