BEACH VALENCIA LUXURY B40-7 Apartament on Beach

I travelled with my 4 year old daughter and location was great, beachfront. There was no parking but easy to park in the street without paying.

Very nice location near the beach

view and balkon were good, clean and good furnitures. big room and good and clean beds. shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided. good sofa. complete kitchen utensils. good washing machine. good and clean fridge.

first they gave us somewhere else than we booked, after our objection they changed it to the same as pictures. we did not have WiFi for 4 days out of 7 days, then we did not have NetFlix or any other services, TV was so old and could not be connected to the internet, also not supporting screen mirroring, we also contacted booking support but was not helpful. landlord couldnt speak english well and mostly did not answer us or answered our messages very late in spanish. Electricity was unstable and we couldnt use oven and heating system simultaneously. they also disconnected heating system and didnt answer us how to use it. there was not big cups for tea. also no soap in the toilet. door of balkon was super hard to open.

The location was good however its not apartment 7!

Well, I wouldn’t have advertised it as luxury as it lacks basic necessary items found in most apartment I’ve stayed! For e.g There was a functional kitchen but no chopping board. There was a washing machine but no tablets(detergent). Hot water during shower would get over in 5 minutes. Worst was the WiFi speed, couldn’t even do a basic google search properly and not good cell reception either!
