Bairro Alto Palace Special for Groups up to 24 guests

-good location-walkable to the city, a lot of bars around -nice that there is a coffee in the kitchen, that is very well equipped! -the beds were fine-nothing extra, nothing bad

-the living room looks huge on the pics. in real life it is way smaller. I suggest to put real pics online -they could place body soap in the bathrooms -the guy who took care of us wasn't very helpful: he seemed always in the hurry and wanted to do everything fast and his way. when I was for help with luggage, he simply ignored it. I wanted to call him, but he said he is busy getting ready. not the best customer experience, specially that we pay a lot of money for that.

Just two hints: Please add some light in the staircase and add anither coffeemachine - only one is not enogh to serve 24 people in the morning.

Beautiful apartment and very nice owners. Communication with them was great.

It was hard to carry luggage up so many steps.

Great location, check in was easy and straight forward. Apartment works well for large groups and is extremely nice.

The location was fabulous, access was simple, flat was amazing and clean with tons of space. Each room had its own ac/heat and several had their own bathroom. Could not have picked a better place!

The size and the cleanliness was great.
