Center stay Kaunas - Peledyne - Owl's nest apartments

The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The building has a nice rooftop terrace. The apartment is beautiful, with nice furniture and decoration. For a short stay, it has everything you need. The location is in between the train/bus station and the city center. Walking to the city center is +/- 15 minutes downhill.

The apartment is on top of the hill, so be prepared to exercise a bit if you walk back from the city center. Also, if you plan to cook and eat in for dinner, be aware that there is no dining table or chairs, so you have to eat on the couch.

Very close to the city centre and yet quiet nights. Nice little apartment with everything necessary available. The area of the bed stays very warm but the very well working air conditioning can cool it down pretty quickly.

There was a little problem with parking, but the host dealt with it wonderfully!

Nice and convenient apartment where one finds everything one needs. Walking distance to the city centre, with a superb view and a great stay at the rooftop terrace. Hosts are speedy and reactive. We definitely recommend.

Tesis eski şehire 1 km yürüyüş mesafesindedir. Tesisin temizliği, tesisteki mutfak malzemelerinin ve hijyen malzemelerinin eksiksiz olması, çalışanların yazılan mesajlara sadece beş dakika içinde geri dönüş yapması, konaklama fiyatlarının makul olması ile asansörlü, yenilenmiş bir apartmandaki tesisin klima, havalandırma sistemi, buzdolabı, akıllı fırın, akıllı çamaşır makinesi ve akıllı elektrik süpürgesi ile donatılmış olması tesisin kusursuz olmasını sağlıyor. Elliden fazla ülke, yüzden fazla şehir tecrübesi olan deneyimli bir gezgin olarak tesisi yüzde yüz öneririm. Çalışanlara da emekleri için özellikle teşekkür ederim.

The flat was a nice loft, view to construction site though. Modern, tasty deco, good selection of kitchen equipment. Some affordable priced drinks on offer. Roof top terrace was a bonus. Staff were extraordinarily helpful: TV doesn’t have regular channels, however we got on request a TV box to watch basketball😊 Plus staff sent home my trousers that I had forgotten in the wardrobe.

Some minor remarks only, nothing to ruin our great stay! The corridor was a little messy (wasn’t cleaned over the 3-night stay and was dirty to begin with). The right entrance door was tricky to locate. Also, it was hot and it was a sweaty uphill to get to the place.

Páčila sa mi komunikácia majiteľa apartmánu, ktorá bola rodinného charakteru. Ubytovanie je hneď vedľa kostola. Budova v ktorej je tento apartmán, prechádza kompletnou rekonštrukciou = ale na to ma ubytovateľ upozornil a nevadilo mi to. Kvitujem bezproblémové parkovanie vo vnútrobloku. Vonku pred budovou je parkovisko platené. Vo vnútrobloku nájdete parkovanie vždy. Inak, budova si zachováva pôvodný ráz aj po rekonštrukcii. Milujem takéto budovy, ktoré aj po rekonštrukcii zachovávajú pôvodný duch miesta. Dalo by sa písať veľa. Apartmán vyzerá na fotkách väčší než je v skutočnosti. Bol som sám, odporúčam maximálne 2 osoby a 1 malé dieťa. Celkovo je apartmán v krásnej pokojnej lokalite. Stavebná činnosť sa dá prepáčiť, pretože je vidieť čo tam vznikne a bude to krásne. Najlepší bonus je možnosť ísť na strechu budovy. Architekt premýšľaľ. Nemá to chyby.

Vnútroblok potrebuje rekonštrukciu. Ale nieže by sa mi to nepáčilo, ja som bol s tým v pohode. Bez problémov som zaparkoval. Viem si však predstaviť, že niektorým hosťom môže vadiť stavebný ruch a blato. Mne to vôbec nevadilo, preto toto nie je sťažnosť, iba odporúčanie pre hostí, aby pochopili, že je to normálne, ak sa má niečo pekné vybudovať. // + odporúčam vymeniť batérie v ovládači na TV // + odporúčam priložiť pre hostí návod na ovládanie indukčnej dosky, pretože ten, ktorý tú indukčnú dosku navrhol asi nemá rád ľudí :)
