"Very disappointing for how much money we spent for two nights."

Manager at night was trying their hardest to accommodate for other people’s mistakes
Cleanliness was very poor. Blood stains on couch mattress, floor and counters were very dirty. Took Clorox wipes to counter to clean and tooth picks behind the bed in the first room. Second room had used sheets on the beds. Third room was better as the manager changed the sheets. Asked to make sure sheets were changed the next day. Asked the staff that was texting us if the cleaners changed the sheets like we discussed and they said absolutely. Got back that night and nothing was touched. Floor was cleaned and towels were placed on the desk, but sheets were not changed and beds weren’t even made. And NONE of our stuff was on the beds. Very disappointing that they didn’t follow through with our request and told us it was done and it wasn’t. Spent about $1,000 for only two nights when could have gotten same cleanliness quality at a motel for much cheaper.

Everything was great room was comfortable and if I had more time there we could of bought groceries just like we were at home so super convenient
I understand since big football game was in town that’s why so pricey on a regular trip I wouldn’t stay here for the price I paid this trip depending on a regular day price I would maybe consider staying here again
