On first street and block from beach!! All the windows which I love!!! Beautiful kitchen and living room! Large TV and comfortable couch and chair!! HUGE washer and dryer!! Bedrooms were awesome and bathrooms!! The "Donna" race was going on one day and we sat outside and cheered them on!! Also, my son and his family live in jax, so the apartment was comfortable for them when they came over each day!!

I loved everything!!! The only thing.....was cleaning products. Didn't have a mop, had to buy one. Didn't have a vacuum cleaner as I like to clean up!! Also, didn't have cleaning products for kitchen counters or glass end tables. Also thought by pictures front yard was sand but it's small white rocks.
