Location was very good in a quiet area near the town centre

House could have been warmer and hot water hotter. This was rectified when requested. We also had no tea towels or teaspoons although were made available on request. We also had no hand towels in the toilets and were advised that they were not available.

Smoke alarm battery was running out so was beeping for out entire stay..(3nights) Kitchen area was not clean mouldy chopping boards , fridge shelves and dirty pots .. bathroom was nice but is in need of an update as handlers missing from shower door ,handle loose on bathroom door..

It was like a home from home

They was not enough towels or anything to dry cups and plates etc up

All OK Just remember it's a non refundable property so if like me you book incorrectly u will loose out .. I only lost 1 day because we managed to rearrange .

Accommodating when we requested an earlier check in. Comfortable beds.

Dirty sheet on single bed which we had to take off. The whole place looks generally tired and scruffy and didn't feel very clean. The mats in the bathroom were horrible and smelly. The en suite smelt like mould and damp. There were stains in the toilet in the main bathroom upstairs. Overall cleanliness was really poor. The fridge was not clean. Windows were smeary and dusty and the house smelt strongly of cigarettes.

It is a town house so if you have mobility issues then you might struggle

The beds were extremely comfortable, parking was great and the location was super for nearby shops.

We would recommend some improvements on the lounge- the sofa is extremely uncomfortable and whilst you can sleep 5, the sofa doesn’t seat 5. The Tv needs to be bigger as it’s really outdated. Then we would recommend more cutlery and plates as we didn’t even have 5 plates for us all to eat.

A great house with personal parking in exactly the right location for us, a great weekend away

Only one minor personal thing was that the sofa could have been more comfortable.
