Tropical Retreat Coastal 1BR Getaway with Balcony 212

Breakfast was OK, Eggs with cheese were great, Breafast taco overcooked, OJ was watery.

Both TVs had problems, one had no sound and the other had loose cable causing picture problems. Also, rhis is minor, but one leg on couch came off, just sitting down on it. Not a big deal.

Clean

It was pet friendly.

When we arrived the unit had a strong smell of ammonia and bleach which made my husband and son sick. We also found some big roaches in the apartment which we had to killed. The apartment location was not what we expected the unit is very old and outdated and the balcony faced a wall from a hotel next door.

Everything 😂 The beds were very cozy. I loved how there were essentials for the kitchen area. The bathroom was amazing!!

The parking area. I wish our rooms were a little bit closer to the parking area. Having to carry our bags and the baby was pretty tiring.

Very comfortable and lovely condo.

1st I had to check in at one location and again at tiki ( would be nice to have known prior to booking) 2nd had check out at 11am and in process of taking my belongings downstairs, after fist trip I was locked out of condo. I went to front desk at tiki and they said I needed to call La Copa. lucky had my phone to call. Manager reset lock with new code and I was able to retrieve the rest of my belongings. When I think of so many problems that could have arose to being locked out without notice! This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Tiki and live the location, but like a box of chocolates you just don’t know what you’re going to get!

To the owner or maintenance team…shower door is a safety issue!! Plug behind couch is a safety issue and flickering light in bathroom also a safety issue.

Everything was close and accessible.

Coffee pot did not work but came right away to get a new one.
