Location is excellent for city walking. Lots of shops and eateries in the area including the famous Packing District. The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly and always helpful.

I couldn't stay longer.

It was clean

Bed was really hard and uncomfortable and the door would not lock they tried to change it but couldn't get it to work so had to move rooms

"Not a good place to stay especially if you want a good nights sleep."

Close to Disneyland. That’s it.

The staff at first were kind but one man was very rude. Room was somewhat clean but didn’t have any lights like they say they offer. Bed was horrible, bathroom and shower was horrible, and they only give one pillow per person. Also don’t ask for another because they say they will bring one and never come.
