"Hidden Gem!"

The hostess exceeded my expectations with clear and friendly communications and they even bought me groceries (which I paid for) since I had a late arrival. The apartment is clean, spacious, the bed is amazing and the location is just perfect! At the end of Sea Point close to Green Point and 2.6km away from Waterfront.

Nothing! But the balcony is surrounded by glass so there are a lot of people watching you when they wait for the traffic lights. I didn't mind!

"A very enjoyable visit."

It was a well equipped modern apartment. The location is good, with easy access to the beach, promenade, supermarket, numerous restaurants and Public transport.

The entrance to the apartment complex is a bit dated, however very clean.

EVERYTHING. A great deal of thought has gone into the specs of the apartment, from basics like kitchen utensils to luxury bath robes and bathroom products. The location is great.. a few minutes UBER to V &A waterfront. Staff wonderful and readily able to help with any queries. Better than a 5☆ hotel. Hope I get the opportunity to return.

What a wonderful experience. The apartment is almost on the beach and within walking distance to everything. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and the washing machine makes such a difference, even for a short stay. I can recommend Seaside 9 to any couple looking for a wonderful self catering apartment in Cape Town.

The shower is very slippery when wet. I do suggest maybe a sort of non slip adhesive.
