MYMYappreciate the cleanliness and functioning air conditioning. people in charge were really nice and quick to respond to comments/issues. friendly and helpful as well. the photos I'll attach are just photos of the under maintained furniture. but generally the whole apartment is still comfortable to stay in. the cleanliness does help a lot.
some of the furniture in the place was either broken or going to break. kept us walking on eggshells whenever we had to open a cabinet or sit on a chair in case we were to break them even more. And yes, the lift is awful. whenever you're using the lift at times when people are awake. expect to wait on average 10 mins for a lift that isn't full. most cases if you're trying to go down, you'd have to resort to going up first and then going down. and even this takes long and of course, vice versa. master bedroom bed was wonky for lack of a better word. it sinks in at the right hand side whenever you're sitting on the side or just trying to get out of bed.
