The 3 bedrooms. It’s hard to find a place with that many bedrooms in Madrid

The location. It didn’t look safe. It was really loud at night.

The apartment itself was great - nice and spacious for a family of 4 adults. The apartment was close to supermarkets and fruit and vegetable shops and of course not far from the city centre. We walked around at night and felt quite comfortable. The only issue we had was the hot water was not working as the boiler had malfunctioned. Not what you need in the middle of winter. I felt that a little compensation or another apartment could have been offered to us for this inconvenience. We were there for 4 nights and it was over a holiday weekend so no available workman to fix the problem.
