The Vault – cosy apartment in central Hove / Brighton

Location was good for what we wanted it for.

No private parking. Only public on street parking if you could get a slot. Ended up in a car park a couple of streets away.

Great location. Comfortable bed and everything I needed.

The location was great and the room was nicely laid out and well styled. The bed was very comfortable and everything really clean, the kitchen was ideal for the stay we had, It was nice a surprise to get Tea/coffee, milk and biscuits provided. Being a basement apartment privacy wasn’t an issue as the big shutters kept the world out.

There was a few issues with the room, the main one being it wasn’t very secure as on of the window latches was broken to the window could’ve been opened from the outside had someone tried. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and there a few smaller things like cracked tiles in the kitchen and we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work. Fortunately none of this dampened our stay and we had a very enjoyable few days.

Great location and close to the beach. Great facilities too

Only issue was no WiFi but owner assured will be fixed after my stay

No breakfast no sofa only 2 chairs lots of early morning noise from above No lobby between kitchen and toilet

Need change of lock for apt door as very difficult to open

Self catering apartment. Excellent facilities. No problems.

Perhaps neighbouring apartments access though necessary could sometimes be a little noisy. But understandable. A lovely stay.

comfortable bed, good location, easy to find, excellent host who was very helpful and accommodating after original booking elsewhere was cancelled 36 hours before arrival, clean, fairly well-equipped kitchen, very warm water, clear instructions on how to find apartment and get in, felt safe and secure, overall really enjoyed stay

it was a little cold in the apartment and we couldn't figure out a way to turn the heating on/up, hairs in the bath from people who had been there before, nothing too major. Coffee provided (or possibly left behind by a previous traveller) was old and stale
