USThe location is great. Right on the beach. Access to foot shower and restrooms next to the pool while at the beach.
The couch should be replaced. It would be great if the deck had a couple of short chairs with cushions. There was tea for the morning but no coffee or filters for the coffee pot, so we had to buy just for a two night stay. Also, no beach towels for a rental right on the beach. The unit was clean.
USThis unit was clean, right on the beach, easy to access, and convenient parking, with all the comforts you'd need for a 2 day or 2 week stay.
The mirror wall was a little disorienting.

The shower pressure isn’t strong and the seal on the fridge sometimes didn’t latch.
USUSThe property was perfect for us!! I truly enjoyed waking up and sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise!! The next time we come back I will be staying here if available!!!!!

USGreat location, very clean, and the kids loved the indoor pool and bunk beds. They loved the octopus mural on the wall.
The living room and kitchen area were a little small to move around. We traveled with a 7 & 4 year old. The unit was just big enough.

The indoor pool was not heated
USRight on the beach but close enough to Wilmington to make it an easy trip to the historic district.
