Villa Fiesta Las Americas up to 14 Guests Party Stay

The villa itself was great and modern, multiple rooms and more than spacious enough to fit 5 guests. The hosts themselves were also receptive and easy to get in contact with.

During the second day of our trip, me and the 4 other guests on the booking were within the pool area when one of the concierge's that were based at the front gate of the complex came storming over to us and threw a glass bottle at one of my friends who was on the booking, which smashed and we had to clean it up. He continually shouted at us in Spanish and after repeatedly telling him we did not understand and if he could speak English, he escalated the situation and began being threatening towards all 5 of us who were staying at the villa - this all occurred within the pool area and made the entire trip partially ruined due to the abusive behaviour of one of the staff that is there specifically to protect and cater to the guests within the complex. His behaviour is the reason I would never book this again. None of us pay to be threatened on holiday by someone who is employed by the complex we are residing in. It made us all incredibly uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. The sewage was also an issue, with both toilets being blocked on the ground and second floor.

Fantastic location, lots of space, pool just outside door

Aircon on the higher floors wasn’t very good so people found it difficult to sleep up there, lack of toilet rolls, lack of cleaning supplies.

The property was very spacious 5 x double bedrooms 1 x single room. 5 bathrooms. All good size rooms wardrobes and cupboards in all. Large kitchen dining area. And an outside area out back with sun loungers and seating area.pool area out front opens at 10am with a few loungers. We were a party of girls so were quite loud anyway and was the perfect location for us.

WiFi wasn’t working. It needs new pillows in every bedroom they were quite flat. A few extra blankets as not on all beds and some people were cold at night. Be aware that the villa is right next to Veronica’s strip and is quite noisy and music does last until early hours of the morning. Not ideal if you want sleep or have kids. Also only 1 set of keys so if a party of you can be quiet difficult to get in. It does have a key safe box but have to put hand through gate and not easy to put in code. Definitely needs extra keys.

I stayed here with my friends for my birthday the villa was clean and tidy and all the beds were comfortable I will hire this again and recommend to friends and family.

Great size, plenty of bathrooms all with great showers.

One set of keys between 11 guests was a bit of a struggle. The key box isn’t ideal as you need to get past the locked gates to it which defeats the purpose.

Die Lage war gut, das Apartment war groß und sauber. Die Zimmer waren schön geräumig und es gab einen schönen großen Pool.

- Es war extrem laut. Das Apartment liegt direkt hinter einer Partymeile - vergleichbar mit dem Ballermann. Die Musik von den Kneipen sind voll aufgedreht und hört man durcheinander laufen bis morgens um 5 Uhr. Es gibt keine Nachtruhe und es ist unmöglich die Fenster offen zu lassen. - Wir waren zu sechst und es gab nur einen Schlüssel den wir uns teilen mussten. Ohne Schlüssel kommt man natürlich nicht rein aber auch nicht raus, sodass es schwer war alleine was zu unternehmen. - Im Bad aus dem Abfluss riecht es extrem nach Kloacke.

Location was great, property was modern, clean, and spacious.

A lot of noise due to restoration works being done to the pool outside. Noise varied between rooms. Some rooms didn’t hear much, some rooms were woken by it very early in the morning and made it very hard to sleep.

La villa é grande ed é molto spaziosa - biancheria pulita e ben tenuta come pulizia (cucarachas a parte)

Il complesso é vecchio e datato e poco manuteso … la casa presenta delle carenze e all’ultimo piano entra l’acqua dal soffitto quando piove (vedi foto) - siamo stati 2 gg senza acqua calda al piano terra … abbiamo chiesto il cambio caffetteria che NON funziona con l’induzione e non ci hanno meno risposto (l’abbiamo comprata noi) … abbiamo segnalato che il divano nella parte esterna é rotto ma non si è visto nessuno … il Wi-Fi al secondo e terzo piano non ha funzionato per i 7 gg … non ci sono sacchetti per l’immondizia .. 2 stracci piccoli per le pulizie (per una villa che ospita 14 persone!!??) per piacere!!! … abbiamo segnalato che piove ed é piovuto dentro la casa all’ultimo piano e NON ci hanno nemmeno risposto - abbiamo chiesto un mazzo di chiavi aggiuntivo e non ci hanno nemmeno risposto - la gestione é alquanto difficoltosa e (a nostro avviso ) pericolosa … é stato veramente deludente per la cifra che abbiamo speso! Pessimo servizio …
