Good location close to the old village, the iconic church, and many restaurants. Only a short walk down to the sea front

The propert needs better signage and explanation about arrival. For example the building number and the apartment name were nowhere to be seen. Finding the car park and the door was difficult.

The standard of the property was very good

There should be a choice of softer pillows for the bed The only ones supplied were far too hard .

A very comfortable, modern apartment right next to the historic centre of Alicante. The flat was sparkling clean when I arrived. Kitchen is well stocked, this includes various kitchen appliances, an oven, coffee machine etc. Albeit winter temperatures, the flat heated up quickly and stayed warm. Would recommend for a couple that wants to stay in the area and explore for a few days.

Communication with Vero, the management company, was inconsistent. Basic information is shared automatically via WhatsApp, which is great. My request messages for an earlier check-in remained unanswered. Which left me question if somebody would be reachable if there are any issues with check-in.
