There was a leak which left a damp floor in the lounge, could have been cleaned better and the sofa was not comfortable
GBI really love the service. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
The only caveat was the mattress was not comfortable. It is something that can be corrected. Nothing I will take points away from. Just a suggestion

Beds uncomfortable. Freezer needs de frosting so you can open the drawers. Sofa uncomfortable. Only three seats available in the lounge. Fourth person has to use a kitchen chair. Bedroom blinds need dusting. Lounge blinds do not stay fully open .

CHGBWe loved how close it was to the centre of York and the apartment block seemed quiet and clean. The amenities were perfect for what we needed and everything we needed was available.

Relaxing on an evening with 4 adults the sofa was really only comfortable for 2 adults due to been a 2 seater, with then only one further comfy chair so one of us had to sit on a dining room chair.
