Sink leaks at drinking water when you turn on the main faucet Does not sleep 12 Master bedroom shower leaks all over floor Dishwasher soap dispenser will not shut Neighbors dog crosses fence and shits Construction next door really loud Hot tub on timer Garbage was full outside before we got here No cold water in kitchen Roach motel

The location is great. The house itself was good. The boat slip was perfect for our boat. The yard was well kept. It was nice that the yard was fenced for our dog. The inside for the most part was very clean except for the high ceiling spiderwebs. I informed Custer service of these issues as I found them. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The first thing that stood out were the spiderwebs covering the outside of the house front and back. The back patio was absolutely covered with spiderwebs and several red wasp nests. There were 2 sets of blinds that would not stay closed as they are broken. There were several lights throughout the house that did not turn on. One of the remotes for the king bed did not work due to being full of battery acid. The skylights had spiderwebs and bug droppings in both.
