We traveled as a family, there was 6 of us (cousins and spouses) and had planty of room, very useful kitchen. Check in and check out was stress free

Best location you can have and also new and very well equipped apartment. We didn‘t need any help or something, but the team was very kind and helpful. They stepped by to ask, if everything is working… And I also have to mention, that i dind‘t sleep so well for ages away from home. Thumbs up!

The location and the size of the appartement.

The heating/AC did not work for the entire two weeks of my stay, and I was there with my two children. It was cold throughout our stay. There was a lot of back and forth between Whome Property Management and Booking, which was extremely frustrating. The service provided by the property management team was very disappointing, and their efforts to resolve the situation were inadequate. This situation significantly affected my family’s ability to enjoy our holiday. The management team provided a heater, but it was not sufficient and did not properly heat the apartment. In addition, the apartment had serious humidity issues. There was a strong smell as soon as you opened the door. When I arrived, I checked all the windows and doors and everything seemed fine, but as the days went by, signs of humidity became increasingly visible. There was condensation, water buildup, and dark marks around the windows and doors. Finally, there were no instructions provided on how to use the appliances.

Too much umidity and the house was cold because the ac doesn’t work like heat pump. The second day the staff brought us a mobile heater and the situation was a little better but not 100% useful and comfortable.

The apartment, although small, had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There was a generous amount of coffee capsules, which was a nice and funny detail. The apartment was clean, security was good, the team was responsive, and the check-in process was easy and smooth.

Upon arrival, the main light in the bedroom was not working, and technicians had to come into the apartment to fix it during our stay, which slightly impacted the level of privacy we were looking for. The toilet sink was missing its lid, and the microwave was very difficult to use — it required several attempts to heat food even for a short time. When we mentioned this to the technicians, they informed us that this issue had been ongoing for quite some time. The view from the window faces a small garbage area, and there was occasionally a strange smell inside the apartment, especially after being away for some time.
