The location, the size and condition.

The bath doesn’t drain quickly but that can be easily remedied.

This was exactly what we needed - a home feel and experience as we were traveling as a family unit. It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities that we needed. I personally had to spend a lot of time in Oxford city center and the bus system in the neighborhood was excellent!

Arrangements very clear. Lots of light and space. Loads of equipment....hoover, dishwasher etc. Provisions such as dishwasher tabs. We had garden space at the back

We did struggle with the heating system. I assume many can follow the instructions but we didn't succeed.

Location, modern, well decorated

The underfloor heating had a mind of its own. Despite thermostat being set at only 17 the room temp would not drop below 26 leading to a terrible night’s sleep and nearly crashing on drive home due to extreme tiredness. We couldn’t even open the windows as gate didn’t lock and anyone could have climbed in due to the height / size / opening style of the windows / being on ground floor. Shame as everything else great but this really lets this property down big time.

Easy to locate. New and very clean apartment with convenient parking. Very detailed instructions provided for easy self check-in and out.
