Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and General Manager [Mr Tahir and Mr Shoaib and Mr Aakash], our names were mentioned on the board, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. really enjoyed my stay at hotel ginger palace. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special mention to mr tahir and akash from the restaurant—her service was outstanding, polite, and always with a smile. He made us feel truly welcomed. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding—everything is neat, tidy, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. Every facility provided by the hotel was perfect and up to the mark.

Rooms are not that clean and fresh, poor ventilation, toiletaries were not provided, water is hard, also rooms and sheets were smelly due to moisture, not the service for value of money, will not recommend to anyone
