Spacious Four Bedroom Glendale Home with Pool Near Westgate Stadium

I loved the amenities and the host was amazing

One thing they could fix is they do have a roach problem I suggest bombing the house I was killing roaches like crazy

The house was great, we loved the pool and bedding were great. The host was great. We even left an item and he delivered it to our home in Las Vegas when he came to town. Can you believe this. Great service.

Towels were dirty with makeup on them and we had to do a load of laundry. Floors weren't mopped, there was hair in the bathtub indicating it wasn't clean. The pool wasn't usable the first day.

The place was fairly close to the places we came to see.

The rental advertises a pool, but the owner does not heat the pool because he states it is too expensive. So, the water is really cold. The main reason we rented this place was the private pool, and it was unusable. This was very disappointing. Also, the cleaning could have been better. There was dried food on much of the silverware, the spatula, and cookware. Pretty gross. Though the rental is smoke-free (and it was), there were cigarette butts all over the back of the property. Lastly, the next door neighbor has one of his security cameras just over the fence facing the pool area. I am not sure what that is for, but it seemed kind of strange. I think considering these issues, we really overpaid for this rental.

Great neighborhood, very quiet and close to everything.

It was clean and great location for our needs. This is a middle class neighborhood and reasonably quiet. The price was right.

The master bed was not comfortable and we had to go and purchase toilet paper. We also found a roach on the kitchen floor and mouse droppings in the silverware drawer.

Cockroaches , bugs in general my daughter got bit by a spider . The A/C doesn’t work . The house is so HOT !! And it smells super funky . My husband does HVAC and you can smell the mold/mildew .
