Villa ocean view and apartment Da Nang "Free pick up"

It was well Linked to Hyatt and had its own pool but is not managed directly by Hyatt so had to Pay for room service etc on c/card which was ok

Big resort lots of kids but his place had its own pool so great

Apartment in hyatt resort and I can use full service in Hyatt resort, also host miss Tam really friendly and help full peaple .She support me all time I send measge to her .

Lovely private beach.

I booked an apartment based on previous reviews on Booking.com. We stayed in the apartment with a sea view from June 28 to June 2. with normal condition. The sofa had a sweaty smell, and the seating comfort was rather poor. The sink drain was clogged, and the owner didn’t manage to solve the problem. Note that the apartment is not part of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, so we can only use the hotel's private beach and swimming pool. The other facilities at the hotel are not accessible, including the Game Arcade, Kids Club and many other outdoor activities for children. Be aware of this if children are staying there. These are reserved for hotel guests only. You cannot book transportation within the property by golf cart either. After four days we moved from the apartment to the villa in same the area to stay with the rest of other family nembers who came after us. It was my wife's sister who booked the villa, and we were there from July 2nd to July 5th. This was the beginning of the problem. Ms. Tan who is the manager responsible for renting the apartment and the villa we rented, told us due to double booking for the 4th of July and we were forced to move to another villa in The Ocean Villa on the last day, which is located 4 km from the Hyatt. It turned out that the villa has a much lower standard than we had at Hyatt. We got a 30% reduction in price, but for us it was not the most important thing. Due to the downgrade, parts of our holiday were ruined. We felt cheated by Ms. Tan who told us that the new villa has about the same standard, but we did not agree with her. I am sure Hyatt Regency would never do this to their guests if it was their fault. So next time I would rather book directly from the hotel and then have access to the facilities and service-minded employees from Hyatt instead.

The resort compound is very beautiful, spacious, well-maintained with greenery everywhere. We really like that there are plenty of facilities, kids activities, fitness centre. Yoga. The restaurants and bakery are great too. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable ! Our host Ms Tan is very friendly, helpful and fast in response. Will definitely come back to this resort.
