Un apartamento para recomendar.La piscina era impresionante,el restaurante nos sirvió una comida exquisita..

Lo peor las obras que había por los alrededores,que como.siempre los ayuntamientos hacen obras nuevas y hormigonan en época estival.

Overall we had a fantastic week at this accommodation. It is in a great location near to Bonanza Square with bars and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket over the road. The beach 15 mins and marina 30 mins are close and easy to walk to. The facilities in the apartment were good, we had a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and it was a very easy check in/check out. The pool area is fantastic, really well organised and managed by the staff. You have to pay €4 for each sun lounger, which is a bit steep but it does manage the ‘towels on sun lounger’ situation! There are segregated areas in the pool; inflatables and slides in one area, 2 kids pools and another area for general swimming. Plenty of grassy areas for sunbathing on your own chairs/towels.

There are a lot of road/pavement works going on outside the apartments at the moment and we didn’t really see any progress while we were there. Some areas of pavement and road are quite dangerous so you have to be careful where you walk. There was also some maintenance work inside the building but this wasn’t very disruptive. There are a few issues, which I will list here. We managed with everything but there are a few things that could be repaired easily. - the air con unit leaks from a pipe onto the balcony. There is a bucket there to catch the water. The bucket needs to be emptied every day. Other apartments have this pipe plumbed in to drain away. - There is also a drip from the air con unit outside, so there’s limited space for things on the balcony, or they will get wet (chairs, clothes etc.) - The bed frame needs to be replaced, it’s had better days! It’s a wooden bed frame around a bed-base. Mattress was comfortable but doesn’t have a mattress protector. - There is no safe at the property. It would be a great addition to keep passports/devices secure. - The lock on the patio door doesn’t work. I notified the owner and they said they weren’t aware and this would be repaired. - The Wi-Fi isn’t easy to connect to as the correct network name isn’t on the box. We worked it out based on the number of the apartment! We would stay here again and hope that the feedback provided has been helpful to the owners.

Location is great, apartment was ready early, nice modern finish to the apartment

Nothing to dislike, only thing that would improve the apartment would be a full length mirror!

Location was good the apartment was a good size for 2 of us

We had no wifi until Tues and it was gone again on Thursday .The bed was very annoying the head board was too near the light switch if you moved at all during the night the light came on .There was no Duvet covers on the Duvets which we found very unhygienic.The plug socket beside the bed was not very secure on the wall which is not very safe .I needed to use this as I use a sleep apena machine at night .The handle on the bathroom door was loose .We only used the oven once to cook a pizza but the oven smoked so much we had to turn it off .The oven needed to be cleaned so badly .Over all the apartment needs a deep clean .We used it as a base to sleep in there was very little to do at the complex the snack bar was closed but it was feb so we did not expect it would be open .
