20-2 Lisbon Castle view apartment with French terrace

Very quiet. Excellent location, in the heart of Lisbon with a well-stocked supermarket around the corner. (yes, previous guests said the flat/apartment is a bit uphill, but what do you expect? It's Lisbon!). You'll find all the basic equipment you need for a few days. The "staff" was very kind and responded immediately. Clean and tidy. I found the bed very comfortable. Oh, again, other guests talked about the staircase. It's a spiral staircase, but I had no problems at all with my large suitcase. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much to say. Maybe the sofa is a bit tired and needs cleaning/replacing? One of the blinds in the bedroom didn't work and we flagged it up. We agreed they would do something about it after we left, as it wasn't a big problem for us. Light was definitely coming through, though. Block-out eye masks helped.

stan na zdjęciach, a w rzeczywistości nie jest ok. ściany w apartamencie były zawilgocone (pleśń) nie widać tego na zdjęciach. otoczenie kamienicy nie dawało mi poczucia komfortu i bezpieczeństwa, czułam się niezbyt bezpiecznie

O anfitrião tinha-me dado permissão para fazer o check-out máximo até às 12h. No entanto, fomos obrigados a sair às 11h. Somos um casal com uma criança de 2 anos, eu tive de deixar o meu marido com o menino no apartamento para ir fazer um exame, sendo que iria ter com ele na hora do suposto checkout (12h!). No entanto chegou um senhora (não sei se era o anfitrião ou funcionário da limpeza) viu que o meu marido tinha um bebé para levar o colo e mais as restantes malas, ao qual pediu ajuda para levar as coisas para baixo, pois estávamos no 2 andar e as escadas eram super estreitas, recusou-nos ajudar e ainda disse em inglês “fast” para nos despacharmos. O apartamento não é adequado para famílias. O meu menino infelizmente escorregou das escadas e não houve o mínimo de empatia por parte do anfitrião. Em relação ao preço-qualidade fica a desejar. Apartamento cheio de humidade e pouco confortável.

Jedynym minusem był brak klimatyzacji , przy ponad 40 stopniach była nie wyrobka . Na szczęście w apartamencie był wiatrak

Lokalizacja w słabej dzielnicy. Ciężka trasa pod górę z centrum. Strome schody do mieszkania. Wysiadały korki przy użyciu dwóch elektrycznych sprzętów. Brudne poduszki w gościnnym. Zatkany odpływ w łazience. Popsuta roleta. Zamrażalnik nie miał drzwiczek przez co przez noc zamarzlo mi całe jedzenie na półce w lodówce.

Las indicaciones para conseguir las llaves fueron perfectas. Antes de la hora del Chek in ya tenia las instruciones. Muy amable
