"Family friendly, with a fantastic beach close by"

The location was great. It was secluded and allowed for a relaxing vacation. It was a 3 minute drive to one of the best public beach spots in the area. It was also convenient location to take the ferry over to Dauphin Island the few days we went. The beach cottage is a perfect setup for a large family or two combined families. Our children loved having their own bed, despite it being in the same room. The pocket door to the bathroom from the bunk room was great for our kids to use during the night when they needed to. There are four tvs for each person to watch their own programming. The screened in porch was an added bonus to sit and chat on at night or read a book in the morning. The hosts were great at responding to our needs and they provided a great list of places to visit and eat at. We would definitely book this place in the future if we decide to head back.

The wayfinding signs from the road and in the complex were a bit challenging to see during the night when we arrived. We overshot the entrance the first time and then didn't see one of the stop signs that the directions referred to.

It is beautiful and decorated so well. It’s very nice. Well stocked. Great location and 2 pools. Customer service was phenomenal. So helpful and kind.

It was very clean and beautiful. It has WiFi connection and many movie accounts like Netflix, HBO, and Prime and you don’t have to have an account to watch shows on. I read where someone said you would need a golf cart to go to the pools, but that’s not true because the pools are a short walk from the cottage. The beach is close but might need a golf cart. We love how the cottage is away from town and near a beach that is a little more secluded. We also love how it’s close enough to Gulf Shores that you can do other activities. The owners were amazing and replied to my messages promptly.

We loved the layout of the house, very spacious and comfortable!

The only thing we wish we had known was that we weren’t right beside the pool, will definitely rent a golf cart next time!
