Location, cleanliness- very comfortable

1. There was no iron and the staff would leave in the evening so there wouldn’t be anyone to speak to. There were shampoos but no body gels in the bathroom which was strange.

Ótimo atendimento recebido pelos donos do hotel! Café da manhã delicioso! Quarto e banheiro ótimos e confortáveis! Ponto acessível a pé aos pontos turísticos. Esqueci um objeto no quarto e ele me mandaram a foto e trouxeram até o aeroporto para mim, muita honestidade e gentileza. Excellent service from the hotel owners! Delicious breakfast! The room and bathroom were great and comfortable! The location is within easy walking distance of tourist attractions. I forgot an item in the room; they sent me a photo of it and even brought it to the airport for me—such honesty and kindness.

"Home away from home. Exception in every way."

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotless and the best customer service in Italy. We love that it was family run business - everything was exceptional. Large comfortable rooms (my husband and I are staying with two girls) and away for 3 months so it’s lovely to have a place to sit back and relax. Salvo went above and beyond to make everything perfect and even helped us get to our family’s home. Can’t recommend more highly. Also very safe.

"Uitstekend!"

Uitstekende ligging, het was 10 minuten lopen naar Piazza del Duomo. Uitgebreid ontbijt, er werd via de app gevraagd welke croissants we wilden. We hadden een taxi naar de luchthaven nodig en de accommodatie heeft dit snel en voordelig geregeld; Salvo heeft ons naar de luchthaven gebracht. Het was een uitstekende service.

Tout a été parfait l’emplacement de l’établissement la chambre spacieuse et très bien équipé le personnel très convivial et sympathique le petit déjeuner très bien je recommande vivement.
