"Very disappointing - left early"

Location - a few steps from beach. Good partial beach view from balcony. Plenty of light from large window and glass door. Pool setting very pleasant. Accomodating when I needed to check out late to change from one room here to another. Free assigned parking spot under room. Single level on South side so no rooms above or below. Clean, effective fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Secure (feeling).

NO hot (or even warm) water in bathroom - despite all effort and tricks - NONE!! Warm water in kitchen sink only on first of 4 days (not hot). Email to property went unanswered (yet, minutes earlier, a quick reply to problem getting stovetop to work). AC wall unit rattled obnoxiously. Jimmy-rigged AC unit with tape and tissue to keep it quiet. Kitchen lacked good frying pan (one of the two pans warped too badly to use - the other, quite scratched and not satisfactorily "non-stick". Departed a day early (sacrificed nonrefundable charges)! After a great experience in #41, #44 was a big disappointment. A reply to my departure email received, but have not read it as I was already home across the country...

"Great vacation lodging"

The facility is older but has been upgraded. Everything is fresh and clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The location is unbeatable....just steps away from the Broadwalk and the beach. It's also within walking distance of many good restaurants. A great place to stay while on your beach vacation!
