Encantador apartamento de 39m2 en el centro de Madrid

Muito fechado, sem janelas para o exterior (rua). Prédio com muito movimento, mesmo durante a noite muito barulho.

El edificio y el tipo de gente que andaba por ahí..

Nos hemos tenido que ir a un hotel porque el apartamento estaba muy sucio, las sabanas daban asco y estaban muy arrugadas, las toallas estaban manchadas, había cucharas y no habida ventilación.

La zona es horrible, nos daba miedo andar por la calle donde esta situado el piso.

When we arrived, the building was under renovation making it difficult to get inside. When we entered and tried to use the toilet we found hair on the toilet seat (which meant it had not been cleaned) (see the picture), there was no hand soap, the toilet paper was wet, the sink was clogged rendering it unusable and we had to use a chair to open a window. Later we found that there was significant water damage inside the room and there was mold in the bedroom down stairs (see the picture). Later we found out that there had been no defrosting of the fridge which resulted in water running on the floor (see the picture). I placed the kitchen towel to collect the water. We contacted the owner who sent someone to resolve this issues. That person took the dirty towel from the floor and placed it on the microwave and picked the hair up. Nothing else was resolved. I am not recommending this place. I would never stay there again even if I was paid to do so.

Before the arrival, the owner sent us the procedure to open the front door of the building and the door of the apartment through the app Nuki. Once we arrived in front of the building it was not possible to open the front door by the app and only after half an hour, by chance, one person living in the building opened us and we were able to access the apartment. Once inside we notice that the apartment was completely dirty, with dirty dishes, bedsheets, … also the shower with hair on the floor. The stairs were wrapped by tape. The bed on the loft is very dangerous because its height to the roof is less than one meter and you can reach the bed only crouched down, moreover if you wake up suddenly during the night the risk to hit the head to the roof is very high. The bedroom is very small, there is no space to walk inside, the only way to reach the other side of the room is to jump on the bed.

Central location

No windows, in a residential building people constantly coming and going, overall pretty poor accommodation.
