Amanda was so welcoming and relaxed The area for guests is very spacious and the peace and tranquillity of the area is amazing

We stayed on the hottest night of the year so maybe an option for a sheet rather than a thick duvet would have been welcome.

Amanda was very helpful with the knowledge of surrounding areas. The room was very comfortable, clean and airy. The garden area which we were allowed to use was exceptional . Very quiet and peaceful. A short walk from the property to the beach and nature reserve . A lot of different birds to be seen .Binoculars required.

Could not fault a thing. The only small niggle was that the bathroom wasn't attached to the bedroom , felt like we shouldn't be walking through a private house . But then some people may feel differently.

Our stay was perfect with everything that we needed. The location is down a quiet county lane with easy access to Chichester and surrounding pretty villages. Amanda was a brilliant hostess and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!!

10 ⭐ to Amanda,the hostess,she made us feel welcomed on her posh house,we had access to huge garden, enjoyed a drink by pond with beautiful fish.Clean, stylish room,large bathroom attached, comfortable bed.Location also 10 ⭐,short drive to Selsey beach,also we could walk to near by quiet beach.Thank you Amanda!
