Very hot in house, but was exceptionally hot outside.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE STAYING AT THIS BEACH HOUSE, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND PROCESS HAD LOTS OF FAULTS AND WE WERE TREATED BADLY FOR EXAMPLE WHO ON THE DAY AN HOUR BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE LAST MINUTE (WHILE DRIVING THERE) ASKS YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ID (LUCKILY I HAD DOWNLOADED MY DRIVING LICENCE ALREADY BUT SOME PEOPLE MIGHT NOT HAVE DONE SO) AND ASK YOU 14 QUESTIONS (SWEET STAYS YEH RIGHT, EMAILED ME) THAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY SENT US A FORM ETC TO DO THIS BUT THEY 100% DID NOT!. LOTS OF OTHER THINGS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. WENDY LONDON

Property is over 4 floors which was a little difficult with elderly in laws and young children, but, the location and standard of the property definitely made up for this! Would choose this again over a caravan!

Well decorated, very clean, smelt lovely! Well maintained in general and all the rooms were very well presented with attention to detail. The shower in the main bathroom was lovely. Nice light rooms with good views from the top floor. There are 2 very nice restaurants within walking distance. 5 minute walk to a nice promenade and lovely golden beach.

Although the house itself is lovely, it is not in the nicest of areas in the immediate vicinity, although there is a clean, golden sandy beach just a short walk away and a nice promenade. There is a lot of litter everywhere in the surrounding streets and it all looks a bit tired and rundown. The backyard felt grubby, mainly the table and chairs. The stairs of the property inside were very narrow and steep, more so than we had expected from the property description. The sensor light on the landing of the top floor kept lighting up randomly all night and all day and we couldn’t find a way to turn it off. The thermostat outside the bathroom on the first floor was hanging off its socket and was clearly dangerous, so we did not use the shower or bath in that room.

Really lovely property inside. All the appliances were new, everything was clean, it was a nice place to stay in.

Unclear instructions from staff on a number of things. We were stuck outside of the property for over an hour as we needed to make an additional payment before receiving instructions on how to enter. However, property management had not made this clear and hadn’t given us any means to make said payment. We had been told the previous day that we would receive all the info on the day we arrived (we didn’t). It then took ages for us to get in contact and sort out. Outside of the property there are two key holders and this wasn’t made obvious either, so again, we wasted time entering the key code into the wrong holder. This was supposed to be a surprise meet up with family and due the delays, the surprise element was ruined. Clearer instructions at the beginning of the day should have been given. Also it is not clear at all on this page that the property is set over three floors/has three sets of steep stairs! We had two guests with knee issues and we didn’t realise there would be so many stairs!

Comfortable, well furnished and equipped, bed very comfortable, near the beach.

The location was perfect for our trip. The decor was lovely and the house was comfortable. There was enough room for us to have our own space when we needed it.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We stayed here for a weekend with 7 friends. The weather was terrible but both the kitchen and living room were very comfy for food, drinks, and boardgames so we had a great time!
