Incredible Views of the Remarks - New 2 Bed Townhouse

Quiet residential area. Dedicated parking space, though the street can get busy. Close to NZone skydive drop zone and we can see those ppl skydiving. Magnificent view all around with skylight. Perfect warm space for our small family of three. Netflix available. 2 big playgrounds for the kids nearby.

The views were absolutely stunning!

Bathroom mirror is too low.

It is quite a long way out from town. The accommodation is OK but not outstanding so on the expensive side due to the location. Several minor annoyances as things were not working properly and there were outstanding maintenance items.

Kitchen clock not working. Lounge heat pump not really providing adequate heat. Stairway sensor light switch broken. Shower leaks. So many vehicles parked in the street spoils the ambiance of the place. Quite a long way from town.

Clean and layout was just perfect.

Not being able to stay longer

This is a quite new small house with a well appointed kitchen. It's well set up for 4 people. Location is quiet, beautiful views - 10-15 minutes from Queenstown. There is a restaurant and kid's park a short walk away.

The beds were very comfortable, with a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer and a drying rack. Beautiful views of the Remarkables and a great playground nearby for the kids. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the handrail on the stairs falling off the wall and had it removed within a couple of hours.

The street and surrounding streets were very congested with cars using the on-street parking, which made the street essentially one-way. It was a very tight fit for our big car in the on-site guest park but we managed with some skillful manurvering.
