The location and view was exceptionally outstanding

Facilities definitely could use some tender loving care called maintenance

Sehr kurze unbequeme Betten. Fleckige Handtücher. Ungezieferfallen überall in der Wohnung, die leider auch notwendig sind. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht stimmig.

Seeing the turtles every day was so nice. Property was quiet as well.

Needs a deep cleaning. Lint above dryer was really bad.

when i asked for a later checkout i was offered 11am for free, when 11am was the checkout time. and for a couple of hours an extra $50. this lefet a bad feeling. i would not recoment doing this to people how have payed a high plrice to start with.

The apartment had great views, it was next to the ocean. It was also well stocked, I specially liked the in-unit washer dryers and the beach towels.

It was a bit dated and the bed was a little small for two people. Also booking.com says that checkout time is at 10-11am so we assumed it would be at 11am, but at 10am housekeeping knocked at the door and asked us to leave.

You are paying for the view and nothing else sadly. It’s very dated felt a bit grubby especially the walls and skirting boards etc. The place needs a deep clean and a re paint it’s way too much money for what it is. We both felt this. We did approach the owners but they kept saying how lucky we were to have AC in both rooms. The living room one is old and grubby the bedroom one is loud and takes up room. The bedroom also does not really have a window as such just Louvre window so you hear people outside reception all the time even past quiet time. The beach chairs are old, rusty and need replacing as all the clips to hold together are broken. There isn’t even a cool box or bad. No welcome pack either.

Easy access and out of the congestion of other towns. Ocean sounds and mountain views. And turtles! First floor setting was nice. Had chairs and towels for the beach.

Minor issues. The coffee maker did not work. TV viewing and access cut out and was tricky to work.
