HderH - Eco Lodge op vakantiepark De IJsvogel, zwembaden, kids fun, natuur en rust

The apartment located in the middle of nowhere. It is far away from any infrastructure: shops, cafes, ATMs. I've been informed with apartment basic rules less than 24 hours before check-in. It has been mentioned that I have to leave deposit of 200 EUR in cash, so I had to organize cash withdrawal at the last moment. I've been told that host makes extra business with towel rental (there was no any kitchen/shower towels in chalet). In addition, I've been informed that heating will be limited with a room temperature up to 20 degrees at day and 17° at night. That was completely unacceptable for us and against of sanitary norms, but it was too late to cancel booking. I tried to negotiate and host agreed to raise a temperature for 5 EUR extra - nice business. Upon arrival I've been asked to come earlier than 19:00 because of personal issues of the host, otherwise I would not get a keys, but I was limited with arrival time of my flight and I had to rush upon arrival - not a great start of vacation. Last, but not least, I felt myself uncomfortable waiting for a host to check our apartment. He checked each single appliance and he tried to find a way to not give me back the deposit (e.g., stove cleanliness was my responsibility according to joining instructions). I've been treated like a friend that asked for a room, not like a client that paid more than average sum for the similar proposals on Booking.com in that area.

Sehr netter Vermieter war schnell zur Stelle als es ein Problem gab. War alles da was man braucht. Leute im Park sehr freundlich Kids Club, Schwimmbad, Pool, Mini Golf, Spielplatz Restaurant mit Kids Bereich Fahrrad Verleih. . Können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. WLAN super

Good value for money, modern, clean and comfortable lodges with spacious living and terrace. Quiet location on a nice and tidy holiday park. Friendly host Ron is available for help!

The floors would need some ‘final touch’ in the corners, with some covering of holes.

Prima vakantiehuis, hygiene was top. Ligging is prettig, vlakbij de receptie/zwembad/restaurant etc. Rustig park, genoeg te doen in de omgeving. We zijn er lekker tot rust gekomen en leuk dagje naar de apenheul geweest. (15 min. Rijden). Vriendelijke eigenaar die zichzelf nog even kwam voorstellen. Wat mij betreft een aanrader!

Her huisje is mooi en schoon,op een rustige plek!!.

Het waren warme dagen dus erg warm in het huisje. Ventilator of airco zal fijn zijn.
