- Close to public transportation. - Nice backyard with ivy. - Well-equipped apartment. - Very nice and welcoming host. - Close to the city park (a bit more than 5 minutes walk). - Supermarket nearby. - Easy check-in and check-out. - Cozy, comfortable room and a good kitchen. - Air conditioning available.

Only one small thing. The drying rack is a bit small (not enough for our 2 people's clothes)

Very peaceful, the instructions for check-in are clear, and the apartment has everything you need.

Courtyard & host. Distance was ok to Puskas Arena and to the city park.

Not having dedicated parking but we managed with public lots (accesible, paying, and ltd on 3 hours…), but we did got info earlier… better for people without car. Few not perfectly clean spots.

What a perfect place to stay in Budapest. Everything was perfect. Quite , lovely pleace, with a really comfortable bed. The inner garden is fantastic. Loved to sit outside. Location is really good so you can reach everything easily with public transportation. Train, bus, tram, trolleybus, and underground everything is just right there. Fully equipped so it was ideal for longer stays. Wonderful host, really helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this lovely apartment. Will be back soon Thank you so much Eva again

The apartment was a studio, well equipped with all kitchen equipment you would need. It was clean, and modern. The location was within a block of a bus stop and a couple blocks from major tram stop. Near a major park which included the top thermal baths in the city. The owner responded promptly to our request for AC remote which made our stay more comfortable. The bath is a bit small but clean, updated and functional. The apartment is an older building and opens on to a courtyard down below which was beautiful. You do have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but the stairwell is open and well lit at night. You are near a major mall and less than 2 miles from the Danube and all the major attractions of Budapest, which are all easily accessible by public transport. There is also a small grocery store right across the street from the apartment. The apartment also has a washing machine! No dryer, but a drying rack made it simple to dry our clothes.

The heat is operated remotely by the owner, and when we arrived it was quite warm. We contacted the owner and she turned off the heat and had someone drop off the AC remote that next morning.

I absolutlely loved this apartment: the location is perfect, there's also a food shop in a 1 minute walk. The whole building inside is beautiful, calm and safe. It's like a fairy tale with the plants... The apartmnet is very well equipped, comfortable, I would even book it for a longer stay as well. And the host's communication is very quick, lovely and helpful!

excellent transport near by. cafe near by and two excellent restaurants.

two flights of stairs were a strain on my knee.
