je boekt een accommodatie met zwembad dan blijkt bij aankomst dat hier voor nog betaald moet worden 300 ph peso pp/pd we waren een uur te vroeg voor de incheck dat koste ons 1000 ph peso terwijl de kamer leeg en klaar was

The host, Penny was very accommodating with my requests, making sure everything was in place. My husband and grand child enjoyed the pools. The place is very clean.

The space was not big enough for our luggages.

Exchanges with the owner were smooth, prompt, and responsive. No issues.

One of the security guards was a little impolite, though this had nothing to do with the owner or the suite.

I want to start off by saying that Josephine is an amazing host and so grateful for how helpful she was. The apartment itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. No issues with the place. Location is good in terms of being close to certain spots like mall of asia. Thank you Josephine. Appreciate you.

Outside the apartment complex I didn't feel quite safe. Luckily there's security guards but not sure this is the right area for tourist. We also had to go down to security and show screenshot everytime we wanted to use the pool. The process of being able to use the pool wasn't the easiest too and you only get the first day free. WiFi doesn't reach all around the place and reception was just bad around the area. In conclusion Josephines place is amazing, the complex has some things they can improve.

It’s tooooo small for a 2 bedroom It feels like an open space that was demarcated so it’s not really 2 private rooms Rooms are not sound proof so it feels like the person in the other room is right in your space

The suite is immaculately clean, as is the whole building. Josephine, the host responded almost immediately to any questions or inquiries we had. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you Josephine.
