When you turn a grotty office block that's no longer viable, that's on top of a smelly old fish and chip pub into some sort of residential /serviced accommodation the results are always going to be grim. I strongly advise against booking this property. Despite booking for a group of eight, we arrived to find only three single beds and one double—far from the advertised capacity. The sofa was unusable, reeking of an awful smell and clearly not a sofa bed. A cot was requested but not provided, leaving us completely unprepared for our infant. The apartment was in a disgraceful condition. The bathroom was filthy with mould, and the living room contained a pile of broken furniture. The entire flat was permeated with the overwhelming smell of food from the restaurant below, suggesting an extractor fan either broken or nonexistent. To make matters worse, a neighbor was smoking cannabis, which added to the deeply unpleasant environment. This was not just disappointing—it ruined our stay in Brighton. The listing is grossly misleading. I urge Booking.com to remove this property, and I urge fellow travelers: do not stay here under any circumstances.

the whole house smelled of mold, there were holes in the ceiling, the windows didn't close, the heat didn't work. very disappointing

Convenient to city centre

Molds on the ceiling and not clean bathroom when we came. Noisy around the area especially in the rooms. You can barely sleep due to construction on going.
