Great location. Great accommodations. Everything we needed and expected was provided.

There was some renovations to the property on going that presented a minor inconvenience.

near the ocean

it was hidden from the ocean with the dunes. we couldn’t see the ocean wo going to the beach. The path to get there was Very Over grown in need of attention. Having to climb the sandy hill to get back to the path from the beach isn’t ideal either. Need a Walkway built to this building!!

It was nice, quiet and clean.

the sliding glass doors need some attention as they are difficult to slide open.

The convenience to the beach was worth loosing the view of the ocean. The property itself was nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay .

For a $250 cleaning fee I don’t think I should have to unload my dishe before leaving, normally you are asked to start them. But if you are going to require they be washed you should provide the tablets. Also this was not a cheap stay so hand soap would have been nice. Locking the door at exactly 10 am was a little much, we forgot to put the parking pass and tried at 10:05 to get back to put it in the fridge and the door had been locked. So the pass was left in the door handle . You could have a 10 or 15 minute grace e period.
