Superb views over Como and lake. Lovely host Irina incredibly helpful. Well equipped.

Being a top floor flat was quite hot and we were there during bit of a heat wave with high humidity but the sun shone so being picky!!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a lovely view of Lake Como. It also had all equipment that one need for longer stay - (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, laundry machine and more. Some dishwasher power and laundry detergent were provided for short stay) Irina was very nice host. The communication was great right from the beginning. The iron was not working but she brought her’s immediately after we send the message. She was really nice and helpful. The apartment had nice garden with a lot of Jasmine but we are very busy to go tour on Lake Como and unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy the garden. maybe next time!

The apartment was at the small but very busy road and was not easy to walk down to the Villa or lake. It also had a garage where one can park a small car or two but parking need a bit of skill ( I guess its Italian standard though) if you have 2 cars. We had the room close to the road and my husband needed to open the window (the property has air conditioning but wasn’t too hot to use) and it was noisy till late in the night.

when you see the photos you think that it is on the lake but it isn’t it has though a super view for such an expensive property you expect everything to be perfect but some basic things were missing in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Internet is very poor as well.

Amazing flat, beautifully decorated, very large and with great views of Lake Como! Irina and Iuri are great hosts. would love to stay here again!

Internet connection was a bit choppy.

The property is beautiful, with an amazing view and fantastic facilities. Big enough for our family of 4, with a large kitchen. The spa bath is a nice touch, and a comfortable lounge area for the family to chill. we used the kitchen to cook a couple of nights, and it has all we required to cook a meal. Whilst not right in Como, it’s only a short bus ride which is simple to navigate.

the wifi was patchy (more a concern for the kids but a little challenging trying to World remotely).

very weak wifi, if you want to work or actively use the Internet through wifi, this can be a problem. It's very hard to get around without a car.

Really spacious apartment with lovely views.

Bathrooms need some improvement - two bathrooms but neither have particularly good showers. Problem with leaky dishwasher was quickly sorted by great hosts! Bit further from the city centre than we’d have liked so best to have a car.
