Prior to arrival, guests are required to pay a US $50 charge for the damage waiver. This fee must be paid 7 days before the arrival date or along with the reservation fee and is nonrefundable. The damage waiver covers accidental damages in the property above 500. Pet fee applies $75 for up to 4 nights, $100 for up to 7 nights and $150 for up to 30 Nights plus. "Disappointing and scary"

The kitchen was equipped. Location is good.

The other occupants in the house were very noisy. There were fights and door banging sounds late into the night till even 2.30-3 am and in the early morning, 5 am onwards. Doors were being banged by other room occupants inside the house every day. I couldn’t sleep. They can also put proper blinds as the light is coming in bright from sunrise as the windows are very big. I left 2 days early.

"Great Location, beware its a walk up!"

Location was great and very close to where I intended to be.

It was a 2 floor walk up which was not mentioned when I booked. If I had been alone I would have been unable to carry my bags up.

"Good location, nice studio"

The kitchen is pretty good although there is no oil. Location is very close to Penn, which is good if you are visiting Penn. Nice and safe neighborhood with the students. The sofa is comfy to work on.

The curtain is not blocking out the light and the air con is very loud. The key pick up wasn't very smooth, they messed up the password and have to call to resolve this situation. The quilt is not put in the sheet!
